Introduction to standard data sets

Reporting is a powerful tool that allows you to effectively visualize and present your data with ease. You can design reports and dashboards to a great detail, choosing which data to include and how to present it to users, with various graphical elements, sorting, filtering and other options.

Additionally, there are a number of Enghouse standard assets which are readily-available for you to use as soon as you log into the system. These standard assets cover the most important data, KPIs, and other statistics, and enable you to get a clear overview of your data straight away.

Standard Reports

Reporting standard reports are typically tabular data reports that show you either summary or detailed overviews of the relevant data. Usually they can be adjusted to suit your needs using a large variety of filters and settings, so that you can focus precisely on the data you need, while also having multiple options available.

Standard Reports can also be adapted for an individual user's or user group's needs through Report Views, a feature which allows you to customize the used columns, which means that you can further focus on the most important data, and hide what is not necessary for a specific purpose.

Standard Dashboards

Similarly to reports, standard dashboards contain a number of practical and visually appealing components that help you visualize your data quickly and effectively. They can also be adjusted using settings. Some components allow for individual filtering.

These standard dashboards may also be used to work with real-time or near real-time data to see the current state of agents, queues, or other relevant parts of your system.
